/ABOUT THE PROJECT

1001436158 Ontario Inc. (o/a Royal Premier Homes) has recently acquired the former Robinson Memorial United Church at 1057-1061 Richmond Street, in London, ON.

The site was the subject of a previous Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment approved in 2013, which rezoned the lands to a Neighbourhood Facility NF1 Special Provision Bonus (NF1(14)*B-24) Zone to permit the conversion of the church to a 9-unit apartment building. Conversion works have since commenced but the project is not yet completed.

With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., a Zoning By-Law Amendment application is being submitted to permit eight (8)additional dwelling units within the approved conversion of the existing heritage building. This will increase the maximum number of dwelling units from 9 to 17. The conversion will continue to be contained entirely within the existing structure, with no additions or exterior alterations proposed.

This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the plan for the property and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to sharing information with neighbours.

  • Providing you with quality and up-to-date information about the project.

  • Helping you to understand how you can participate in the process.
