2425293 Ontario Inc. c/o Royal Premier Homes has acquired a block of four properties known as 1120, 1122 & 1126 Oxford Street East and 2 Clemens Street in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. and the project team, they are planning a redevelopment of the site for a new mid-rise apartment building.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
