/ABOUT THE PROJECT
The new ownership of the residential complex at 145 Base Line Road West is planning for a redevelopment/ refurbishment of this property. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are planning a conversion of the lower-level spaces of the existing triplex buildings to residential uses while maintaining the existing main floor units.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In August 2024, a Zoning By-law Amendment Application was submitted to the City of London to permit the creation of three (3) new residential units within unfinished lower-level spaces in each of the five (5) existing buildings. The existing main floor units will be maintained. The project will also involve upgrades to the exterior features of the buildings and landscaping. The 16 existing parking spaces are planned to remain.
At this time, you are able to access the files from the City of London Planning Applications page and to provide comments directly to the City Planner assigned to the file.
This website is part of our “developer-led” communications/engagement program that provides another easy and accessible way for residents to learn about the project and provide feedback.

/HOW IS MY FEEDBACK USED?
Feedback received through our outreach program will be used to inform our understanding of the local context and, where possible, shape some elements of the design of the project. We acknowledge that change is difficult and that no outcome will satisfy all interested parties completely. As such, the project team cannot integrate everything suggested by our neighbours and the community at-large. However, we commit to:
-
Providing you with quality and up-to-date information about the project.
-
Helping you to understand how you can participate in the process.
-
Asking for your thoughts and perspectives.
-
Sharing what we have heard and our team’s response to it.
