2575707 Ontario LTD. (c/o Business Network Associates) has acquired 1503 Hyde Park Road in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. and the project team, they are planning a redevelopment of the site for a new mixed-use mid-rise apartment building.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In May 2021, the project team published and shared our “Project Backgrounder” to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for the redevelopment of the site.
Stemming from the preliminary design principles which we shared previously and considering feedback received through the first phase of our engagement program, we have prepared a detailed Concept Plan for the project. The Concept Plan is the next step in the evolution of the design for this development.
The Concept Plan includes a new 8-storey mixed-use building with 130 residential apartment units and multiple small-scale commercial/retail/restaurant units on the ground floor facing Hyde Park Road. The project includes 41 underground parking spaces and 123 new surface stalls at the rear of the site, behind the building to serve commercial patrons, building visitors, and residents.
