/ABOUT THE PROJECT
DBNM Investment and Management Ltd. (the developer) is planning an new low-rise, residential infill development at 383 Clarke Road in London, ON.
With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., a Zoning By-law Amendment application is being prepared which would permit the development of a 2.5-storey multiplex building, containing 10 units.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents throughout the process.

The concept plan prepared by Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc. envisions the development of one low-rise multiplex building, containing 10 units. Vehicle parking is provided by way a of a surface parking area containing 7 parking stalls. The design also includes vehicular access off of Whitney Street, through the property municipally known as 1906 Whitney Street.
In August 2024, a Zoning By-law Amendment Application was submitted to the City of London. At this time, you are able to access the files from the City of London Planning Applications page and to provide comments directly to the City Planner assigned to the file.
This website is part of our “developer-led” communications/engagement program that provides another easy and accessible way for residents to learn about the project and provide feedback. To learn more about the submitted development concept, please download the reports, plans and studies below.

/HOW IS MY FEEDBACK USED?
Feedback received through our outreach program will be used to inform our understanding of the local context and, where possible, shape some elements of the design of the project. We acknowledge that change is difficult and that no outcome will satisfy all interested parties completely. As such, the project team cannot integrate everything suggested by our neighbours and the community at-large. However, we commit to:
-
Providing you with quality and up-to-date information about the project.
-
Helping you to understand how you can participate in the process.
-
Asking for your thoughts and perspectives.
-
Sharing what we have heard and our team’s response to it.
