Masotti Construction Inc. is the owner of 3930 and 3950 Sixth Concession Road in Windsor, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a redevelopment of the property for a multi-unit residential infill development.

We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In October 2023, the project team published and shared our "Project Backgrounder" to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for the redevelopment of the site.

Stemming from the preliminary design principles which we shared previously and considering feedback received through the first phase of our engagement program, we have prepared a detailed Concept Plan for the project. The Concept Plan is the next step in the evolution of the design for this project.

The Concept Plan includes 16 townhouses (up to 8 of the proposed townhouses may contain a secondary dwelling unit on the main floor). Vehicle parking for townhouse units is provided by way of integrated/attached garages and individual driveways. Surface parking spaces are provided for the additional dwelling units.
