RRW Holdings Inc. (the developer) has acquired the site at 538 Southdale Road East in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. they are planning a low-rise, infill residential development project on the site.  

 

We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In September 2021, the project team published and shared our “Project Backgrounder” to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for the redevelopment of the site. 

 

Stemming from the preliminary design principles which we shared previously and considering feedback received through the first phase of our engagement program, we have prepared a detailed Concept Plan for the project. The Concept Plan is the next step in the evolution of the design for this development. 

 

The Concept Plan includes one 3.5-storey stacked back-to-back townhouse building with a total of 12 (one and two-bedroom) residential units and 16 parking spaces.
