/ABOUT THE PROJECT
Project partners Royal Premier Homes and Magnificent Homes have acquired a site at 6092 Pack Road in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are planning a new development on the site that includes both traditional and back-to-back townhouses while retaining the existing heritage home.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In December 2021, the project team published and shared our “Project Backgrounder” to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for the redevelopment of the site.
Stemming from the preliminary design principles which we shared previously and considering feedback received through the first phase of our engagement program, we have prepared a detailed Concept Plan for the project. The Concept Plan is the next step in the evolution of the design for this development.
The Concept Plan includes six back-to-back townhouse units in a three-storey building form and the retention of the existing heritage farmhouse building as a single detached unit. In total, the proposed development includes 40 residential units. Parking for each unit will be provided within garages and individual driveways. A total of nine visitor parking stalls will also be included.

Feedback received through our outreach program will be used to inform our understanding of the local context and, where possible, shape some elements of the design of the project.
