/ABOUT THE PROJECT
13351521 Canada Inc. (the developer) is the owner of the site at 610 Princess Avenue in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring converting the existing building from office to a 10-unit residential building. There will be 5 surface parking spaces provided on site.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
