Duncan Harwood Custom Homes have acquired the property known as 13181 Ilderton Road in Ilderton, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are planning a new residential development on the site.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
