Royal Premier Developments have acquired the site at 1350 Wharncliffe Road S. in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a redevelopment of the site to complement the emerging/adjacent low-rise, medium density development that is happening in the area.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
