1000174315 Ontario Inc. c/o Royal Premier Homes (the developer) has acquired a site at 1474 Kilally Road in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a potential new low-rise, medium density development on the site.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
