2575707 Ontario LTD. has acquired a site at 1503 Hyde Park Road in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are planning a redevelopment of the site for a new mixed-use mid-rise apartment building.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
