1000077448 Ontario Inc. (the developer) has acquired a site at 489 Upper Queen Street in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. they are planning a low-rise medium density residential development project on the site.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
