/ABOUT THE PROJECT
Royal Premier Homes (the developer) has acquired a site at 634 Commissioners Road West in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. they are planning a low-rise medium density residential development project on the site.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In May 2022, the project team published and shared our "Project Backgrounder" to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for the redevelopment of the site.
Stemming from the preliminary design principles which we shared previously and considering feedback received through the first phase of our engagement program, we have prepared a detailed Concept Plan for the project. The Concept Plan is the next step in the evolution of the design for this development.
The Concept Plan includes two 4-storey townhouse buildings containing a total of 10 new townhouse units and the retention of the existing c.1870 Georgian Style dwelling as a single detached unit. Required vehicular parking is provided through a combination of rear-facing integrated garages and driveways. The design includes 6 visitor parking stalls in addition to the resident parking.
