/ABOUT THE PROJECT
Tricar (the builder) is the owner of the properties known as 1076 & 1080 Commissioners Road West and 396, 398 & 402 North Street in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., Tricar is planning for the development of a new 12-storey apartment building, containing up to 94 dwelling units.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to sharing information and engaging with local residents.
