/ABOUT THE PROJECT

Background

Tricar Properties Ltd. is the owner of the properties known as 1076, 1080 Commissioners Road West & 396, 398, 402 North Street in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., Tricar is planning for the development of a new 12-storey apartment building, containing up to 96 dwelling units.

 

We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to sharing information and engaging with local residents.

In February 2026, the project team published and shared our "Project Backgrounder" to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for redevelopment of this site. A Community Information Session was also held on February 17th, 2026.

 

The proposed concept plan envisions the development of a 12-storey apartment building, containing up to 96 dwelling units.

 

The Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment Application have now been submitted and a formal notice from the City of London, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments, will be circulated soon to all residents within 120 metres of the property.
