With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a potential 10-storey apartment building consisting of up to 156 dwelling units. There will be 119 parking spaces provided on site.

In January 2026, the project team published and shared our "Project Backgrounder" to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for redevelopment of this site. 

 

The preliminary concept plan prepared by Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. envisions the development of one 10-storey apartment building containing up to a maximum of 156 dwelling units.

The Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Application has been submitted and a formal notice from the City of London, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments, will be circulated to all properties within 120 metres of the site.
