B.R.F. Investments Inc. (the applicant) has is planning a new residential infill development on the property known as 219 Commissioners Road West in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a potential 8-storey apartment building consisting of up to 82 dwelling units. There will be 82 parking spaces provided on site.

In June 2026, the project team published and shared our "Project Backgrounder" to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for redevelopment of this site. 

 

The preliminary concept plan prepared by Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. envisions the development of B 8-storey apartment building, containing up to 82 dwelling units in total.

The Zoning By-law Amendment Application has been submitted and a formal notice from the City of London, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments, will be circulated to all properties within 120 metres of the site.
