Masotti Construction Inc. (the developer) is the owner of the site at 2916 McKay Avenue in Windsor, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a potential new 3.5-storey multiple dwelling building, containing up to 16 dwelling units.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In January 2026, the project team published and shared our "Project Information" document to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for redevelopment of this site.
The preliminary concept plan prepared by Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. envisions the development of a 3.5-storey apartment building, containing up to 16 dwelling units in total.
The Zoning By-law Amendment Application has been submitted and a formal notice from the City of Windsor, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments, will be circulated to all properties within 200 metres of the site.
