Farhi Holdings Corp. (the developer) is planning an exciting new high-density residential development on the property known as 415 York Street (located at the corner of York Street and Colbourne Street), in London ON.
With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application is being prepared which would permit the development of one (1) mixed-use apartment building with small-scale commercial spaces integrated into the base of the building.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents throughout the process.

The preliminary concept plan prepared by Baird AE | Architecture & Engineering envisions the development of a 33-storey mixed-use apartment building, containing a total of 410 residential units and approximately 6,000 square feet of new commercial space. A total of 412 new parking stalls will be developed with the project, which will be “structured parking” that is integrated into the design of the base structure (podium) of the building.
Once the required Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment Application is submitted, you will receive a formal notice from the City of London, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments. At that time, you will be able to access the files from the City of London Planning Applications page and be able to provide comments directly to the City Planner assigned to the file.
This website is part of our “developer-led” communications/engagement program that provides another easy and accessible way for residents to learn about the project and provide feedback.
