Lambeth Health Organization Inc. is the owner of the site at 4402 Colonel Talbot Road in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a potential new townhouse development on a portion of the property.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
