/ABOUT THE PROJECT

Background

1001221436 Ontario Inc. (c/o Royal Premier Homes) is the owner of an assembly of lands municipally described as 517-525 Fanshawe Park Road East and 1536 Geary Avenue, in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are proposing an 8-storey residential apartment building consisting of up to 299 dwelling units. There will be 216 parking spaces provided on site.

 

We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the planning process for this project and to share their thoughts throughout the process.​

In January 2026, the project team hosted a virtual community information session to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for redevelopment of this site. Following the meeting, additional refinements to the project design have been made.

 

The final concept plan envisions the development of one 8-storey apartment building containing up to a maximum of 299 dwelling units.

 

The Zoning By-law Amendment Application has now been submitted and a formal notice from the City of London, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments, will be circulated to all properties within 120 metres of the site.
