Odell-Jalna Residences of London (the property owner) and Homes Unlimited are non-profit housing corporations providing affordable rental housing in London, ON. The property at 870 Jalna Boulevard has been identified by Homes Unlimited as a potential redevelopment opportunity for their portfolio.
We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.

In September 2025, the project team published and shared our "Project Backgrounder" to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for redevelopment of this site.
The preliminary concept plan prepared by Siv-ik Planning & Design Inc. envisions the development of two 8-storey apartment buildings containing up to 181 dwelling units (combined) and the retention and renovation of 24 existing 2-storey townhouse dwellings. A total of 212 parking stalls will be developed with the project; 170 stalls for the proposed apartment buildings and an additional 42 stalls for the retained townhouse buildings.
The Zoning By-law Amendment Application has been submitted and a formal notice from the City of London, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments, will be circulated to all properties within 120 metres of the site.
