Magnificent Homes is the owner of the site at 986 and 987 Cherrygrove Drive in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a potential new townhouse development across the two properties.

We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts.
