ABOUT THE PROJECT

Building on the transformation of the former Kellogg’s and EMCO buildings into a vibrant dining, entertainment, commercial and office hub, an ambitious master plan has been created to guide the next phase of development.

This plan envisions a dynamic urban neighborhood with high-rise residential and hospitality spaces, alongside office, commercial, and entertainment areas on lower levels. It also emphasizes people-focused spaces for recreation, gatherings, and community activities.

To bring this vision to life, we’ll soon launch Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments. Join our open house to learn more and share your feedback on this exciting project!

In 2022, the owners of the Kellogg's Factory and surrounding lands completed a master plan vision to provide a blueprint for the development of their complete land holdings in a coordinated and comprehensive way.

The City of London recently identified these lands as a Transit Village in their Official Plan and pre-zoned much of the lands to support tall buildings and a broad range of uses. We will be soon launching an Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to fully implement the master plan vision and prepare it for development.
