Tricar (the builder) is the owner of the properties known as 555, 559, and 567 Commissioners Road West in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., Tricar is planning for the development of a new 6-storey apartment building, containing up to 74 dwelling units.

In April 2025, the project team published and shared our "Project Backgrounder" to help residents learn more about the planning process and the preliminary vision for redevelopment of this site.

The preliminary concept plan envisions the development of a 6-storey apartment building, containing up to 74 dwelling units. A total of 81 surface parking stalls will be developed with this project.

The Zoning By-Law Amendment Application has been submitted and a formal notice from the City of London, notifying you of this application and inviting you to provide comments, will be circulated soon to all residents within 120 metres of the property.
