1000077448 Ontario Inc. (the developer) has acquired the site at 767 Southdale Road East in London, ON. With the support of Siv-ik Planning and Design Inc., they are exploring a potential new 5-storey apartment building, containing up to 24 dwelling units.

We understand that change in neighbourhoods warrants conversation. This website provides an opportunity for those who are interested to learn about the vision for the site early on in the planning process and to share their thoughts. The project team is committed to engaging with local residents at multiple points in the process.
